Edit a service
To edit a service, after landing on the service details page from the Manage Services page, select Edit service.
Edit VLANs
Allows you to modify the service C-VLAN(s)
C-VLAN modifications are supported only for Data Centre Interconnect services on some equipment types. If you want to modify your service C-VLAN(s) but this option is not available in the system, please contact support-csc@epsilontel.com.
Service upgrade
Allows you to upgrade your service by increasing the available bandwidth. Upgrades may be configured to be applied immediately or scheduled for a future date. Scheduled upgrades may be cancelled.
Dynamic bandwidth upgrades are supported only for Data Centre Interconnect services on some equipment types. If you want to upgrade your bandwidth, but this option is not available in the system, please contact support-csc@epsilontel.com.
Service renewal
Allows you to recontract your service by changing the term and/or the bandwidth of your service. Contract renewals are only possible once the original minimum contract term has passed.
