Raise a support ticket

The Support section is for reporting issues experienced within Infiny.

To raise a support ticket navigate to the Help and support menu in the Infiny top-bar. From there select Support and you'll be redirected to the support tickets mangemement page.

To raise a support ticket you will need to fill all the required fields and confirm.

Depending on your user profile and privileges, our customer support will be in touch with you or you will be able to track the status of your support tickets directly on Infiny
