To request the cancellation of a port contract, after landing on the port details page from the Manage ports page, select Edit port.
Clicking on the dedicated button in the Port terms section of this this window, you are able to request the port cancellation. This action will trigger a port cancellation request and the port will be deactivated at the end of the contract term. You can choose to undo your cancellation request at any time before the renewal date, in which case the port will renew at the end of its term under the same provisions as its previous contract.
If the port has a scheduled cancellation request configured, the system will not allow the port contract to be renewed until the cancellation request has been removed.
If a port has associated services, these services must first be cancelled before the port will be available for cancellation
