To access Infiny, navigate to the Infiny log-in page via the URL https://www.infiny.cloud/auth/login
You will need to fill in your Username and Password.
You have the option of staying logged in, select Yes/No. The default option is Yes. If you choose to stay logged in, your session will stay open in your browser indefinitely or until you manually log out. If you choose not to stay logged in, your session will close 20 minutes after you close the browser.
Select Sign in to initiate the user authentication process.
If you are signing into Infiny for the first time, you will be required to read and accept the Terms of Use. Tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and then you can continue to Infiny.
As a precaution and as protection against unauthorised access, accounts are automatically blocked for 30 minutes if an incorrect password is entered five times in a row for a specific account, within a 30 minute window. This will also trigger an email to the user.
